Rich, creamy mousse with just 3 ingredients! Minimal time and effort needed for this delicious dessert

Ingredients
1 (12.3 ounce) package
Silken Tofu  [use one can of full fat chilled coconut milk, or 1 cup smashed avocado as tofu alternatives, if desired]
2 â…˜ ounces
2 ½ tablespoons
1 teaspoon
Cocoa Powder  (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler on the stove (or in the microwave).
Step 2
Blend the drained silken tofu and maple syrup first, then add the melted chocolate and blend again until super creamy. No need to press the tofu.
Step 3
Pour the chocolate cream into small jars, refrigerate for about 1 hour, and enjoy
